The Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC) in partnership with the Lasallian Schools Supervision Services Association, Inc. (LASSSAI) held a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing for the second batch of private schools that will participate in the Leading for Educational Achievement Program (LEAP) last July 11, 2019 at the Tordesillas Conference Room, Henry Sy, Sr. Hall, De La Salle University.

LEAP is a program of assistance for private schools to support school improvement efforts through a partnership with LASSSAI that assigns experts who will guide the schools in initiating and sustaining initiatives that will contribute to improving the school in the areas of administration and governance, instructional program, and school personnel.

The second batch of LEAP schools are: Holy Rosary Academy of Sipalay, Negros Occidental represented by Fr. Marlon Tejada, Principal; Osias Educational Foundation, La Union represented by Dr. Rowena De Guzman, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Aida Bascos, Registrar; and  St. Mary of the Lake Mission School, Negros Occidental represented by Fr. Efren Suralta.

The MOA signing was led by Ms. Rhodora Angela F. Ferrer, PEAC Executive Director and Br. Narciso S. Erguiza Jr. FSC, President of LASSSAI. Br. Ophelia S. Fugoso AFSC, Executive Director of Lasallian Supervised Schools Office (LASSO), introduced the supervisors to the grantee schools. A short orientation for the schools followed the MOA signing. Fr.
