The Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC) will conduct the GASTPE Regional Orientation Conferences on the implementation of the JHS Education Service Contracting (ESC), Teachers’ Salary Subsidy (TSS), and SHS Voucher Program for school year 2026-2027 on April 8-July 1, 2026.
All participating schools are expected to comply with the program guidelines issued by DepEd. Failure to attend the orientation conference constitutes a program violation. Each delivery mode or school campus that fails to send a representative to the orientation conferences without a valid reason will result in a sanction.
For the tracking of school attendance, required attendees from the participating schools are registered separately by going to the https://ors.peac.org.ph. Attached are the Registration Procedure and Schedule for your reference. There is a registration fee of Php1,400/per participant, with AM and PM snacks and lunch as among the inclusions.
Schools shall be responsible for ensuring that they have designated persons who are available to represent their campus or delivery mode to comply with the required school attendance. Schools applying to be part of the ESC Program are also encouraged to attend the orientation conference. In case a school participates in both the ESC and the SHS VP, the school is required to send a representative each for the ESC and SHS VP. In other words, the school shall send two representatives to the orientation conference. Registration dates and steps are indicated below:
