SHS High School Voucher Program Application SY 2026-2027

How do learners apply to the SHS VP?

Learners that fall under Category A, B, C, and D are required to apply directly to a Senior High School (SHS) participating in the SHS Voucher Program (SHS VP) in SY 2026-2027.

For learners under Category E, application is through the Online Voucher Application Portal (ovap.peac.org.ph).

All learner applicants shall ensure that complete documents are submitted during application in the Senior High School (SHS) participating in the SHS Voucher Program (SHS VP) or in the OVAP. Failure to submit complete documents shall result in unsuccessful applications. Please refer to the art cards below for the list of documents required for each learner category.

Please be informed that the Department of Education, through Department Order No. 11, s. 2026, instituted some changes on the eligibility of applicants starting SY 2026-2027.
