As part of its continuing commitment to elevate the quality of Philippine private education, PEAC conducted its first-ever Certification Readiness Training (PEAC-CeRT) for members of the Association of Philippine Schools Overseas (APSO). The two-day in-person training was held on November 10–11, 2025 at the Philippine School Doha in Doha, Qatar, with Philippine schools from Europe and the Middle East in attendance.
The training was led by PEAC Executive Director, Rhodora Angela F. Ferrer; Consultant and Regional Program Coordinator for Region 6; Eimman P. Evarola, Information Technology and Information Management Unit Head; and Bronzon Patrick F. Del Rosario, Certification Unit Head.
As a follow-through to this initial step in strengthening their quality assurance efforts, these schools will undergo PEAC Voluntary Certification. This will enable them to demonstrate to their host countries that they are fully committed to delivering quality Philippine education, even in an overseas setting.
