Is this an In Person conference?

What do I need to join the virtual conference on December 1-4, 2021?
You only need the following:
1. A desktop computer, laptop, or a tablet (with the Whova app installed)
2. Good Internet connection (at least 2MBPS)
3. A headset or a good speaker, whichever you prefer
I chose a ticket that allows me access to multiple concurrent sessions (Dec. 2, PM), how does this work?
Since you can only attend one live session at a time, the recordings of the other sessions that you bought shall be made accessible to you until December 30, 2021. This gives you enough time to watch and re-watch the sessions you are entitled to attend.
What if I change my mind regarding the ticket that I chose, what do I do?
If you have not submitted your registration yet, just go back to the section where you are allowed to choose a ticket.
If you have already submitted your registration and you changed your mind, you can submit a new registration.
IMPORTANT: Delete the Registration Confirmation Slip (RCS) that you received for the first registration. You will receive a new RCS for the new registration. Each registration is identified with a unique Payment Reference Number.
Can I use the same email address for two or more registrants?
No. This is not allowed. For a smooth registration process and access to the conference platform, there must be one email account for each registrant.
IMPORTANT: Ensure that you provide the correct email address during registration. 90% of the problems encountered by registrants is due to wrong inputs during registration.
How do I pay?

I have already paid for my registration but I’ve changed my mind and I don’t want to attend anymore. Can I ask for a refund?
Unfortunately, no. But you can assign somebody to use your ticket. You have to contact the PEAC Secretariat to handle the Replacement of participants. A replacement would mean the erasure of the original registrant’s information in our system to be filled out by the new attendee’s information. This also means that all access and the right to earn certificates is transferred to the replacement. REMEMBER: This can be done only until November 17, 2021.
Can I have somebody replace a registrant?
If you have not paid yet, you may submit a new registration. IMPORTANT: Delete the Registration Confirmation Slip (RCS) that you received for the first registration. You will receive a new RCS for the new registration.
