The PEAC will conduct the in-person GASTPE Regional Orientation Conferences on the implementation of the JHS Education Service Contracting (ESC), Teachers’ Salary Subsidy (TSS), and SHS Voucher Program for school year 2025-2026 in June 19-August 28, 2025.

All participating school are required to attend the orientation conferences. Attendance in the orientation conferences has also been made a pre-requisite of the access to the billing facilities of the Information Management System (IMS) and Voucher Program Management System (VMS).
