PEAC Executive Director, Dr. Rhodora Angela Fernandez Ferrer gave a presentation on the SHS Voucher Program at a Hearing on Senior High School Updates organized by the Second Congressional Commission on Education (EDCOM 2) last March 13, 2025 held at the University of the Philippines, Bonifacio Global City. Dr. Ferrer is also a member of the Advisory Council on Basic Education of EDCOM 2.
The hearing was co-chaired by Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian, EDCOM 2 Chair of the Senate Committee on Basic Education and Cong. Roman T. Romulo, Chair of the House Committee on Basic Education. Present also in the meeting were officials from the DepEd, CHEd, TESDA and other stakeholders.
