The report details the accomplishments of the PEAC in co-implementing externally funded programs, namely the Department of Education’s Education Service Contracting (ESC), Teachers’ Salary Subsidy (TSS), SHS Voucher Program (SHS VP), the In-Service Training (INSET), and the Bayanihan for Basic Education (BBE) as well as implementing internally funded programs of assistance for private education in the areas of training, school quality assurance, school improvement programs, and grants programs.

The Annual Report highlights significant milestones and achievements of the PEAC focusing on enabling assistance to Philippine private education; improving access to quality education and supporting school improvement in private schools; strengthening advocacy for private education; and enhancing services and operations of the PEAC. There are sections on PEAC’s co-implementation of the GASTPE and TES programs as well as the programs of assistance initiated by the PEAC. The report also includes the audited financial statements of the PEAC.
